I am about to create a small responsive simulation in Captivate and would like to  publish it as a video on Youtube – is this possible?  I don’t seem to have the options when I go into File – Publish, or from the Publish button on the toolbar.

Of is there another way I can do this.  I’m wanting to create a “how to” video which will be available on our company website for customers on how to install an app, and create a shortcut on their phones.  I thought a Captivate video would be the answer, then thought if it was responsive, it would work on PC, tablet or phone.
