On some, not all, of my question slides the right parenthesis “)” isn’t showing up after answer options C and D. I was clicking around in that general area and got them to appear for one of my questions, but I haven’t been able to reproduce that success.
Seems like a bug…has anyone found a workaround?
FYI…I’m pulling the questions for a test pool if that matters.

Exact version number! You find it under Help, About Captivate.
You mean those parentheses, not in the answer itself but in the numbering. Are you using a custom theme? Did you try to switch to another numbering style to see if you have same issues?
2019 Release 11.0.0.243
I’m not using a custom theme…I added a background image. I changed the numbering style and that worked. I changed it, then changed it back, and that corrected the problem. I haven’t had a need to change the style before and forgot that was possible.
Thank you again for the help Lieve.

You are still on the very first version of that release. Two upgrades have been missed:
to 11.0.1.266
To 11.5.0.476 about a month ago.
Please upgrade!
Godo Morning Lieve.
I’m using 2019 and I’m using 90% of the slide width on the master for the answers. It’s only happening on some of the slides…answer length doesn’t seem to be a factor because some of the answers are a single word and the parenthesis still don’t show up.
Will try to double-check but can you give me the full version number? It could be 11.5.0.476 or 11.0.1.266.
Which version do you use? Are you talking about a non-responsive or a responsive project?
Check the quizzing master slides, is the answer area convenient for the length of the answers?
Since I never have seen a similar question, I doubt very much that this can be a bug.
