Slide Transitions Timing

Captivate 2019 ver. 11.0.1.266 Does anyone have a tip on how to bypass / change the default timing of Slide Transitions (individually edited is preferred) ? A look in Preferences, a look at numerous .xml files, as well as experimenting with advanced actions has not been productive for me. All Input is welcome and appreciated. I need to add a Check Mark image to a custom TOC after specific slides, not in sequence, are viewed by the participant. How to Show a different slide and its current “states” on rollover

I am attempting to use a smart shape rollover state, or even a standard rollover, on slide “A” to show slide “B” and its current state(s). Slide “B” needs to be visible on rollover in an area on Slide “A”.  (Slide “A” and “B” are in the same project).  It would be preferable to have all functionality available on the Slide “B” “projection” though not mandatory. Inserting Multi-Slide MP4 video presents Connection Error on Playback of projects published to local machine. 1. Captivate 2017 ver 10.0.192. (Updates controlled by server.
