Captivate: When I try and edit a PPT Slide in Captivate, I get a gray screen
I have a question about the matching Knowledge Check styling when it comes to the color of the letters in the drop-down when previewing with HTML5 in Browser. These letters are very difficult to read, as well as the black lines that crisscross to match the correct answers with each other. Are there workarounds for this to make the letter font/matching lines more visible and user-friendly? The blue background is unchangeable per style guides.

My Gloassary looks fine in Captivate but when I preview in Chrome there is nothing there.
So far, I see that the Adobe Captivate program does not fully support the Arabic language, as I suffer from many problems when working with the production of clips in the Arabic language, the most important of which is cutting words as in the attached pictures, where the program divides the word into more than one row without need.
This leads to the weakness of the product and the reader’s discomfort
Has anyone faced the same problem for any of the languages, or has any support that can help me with it, or we cooperate with some to solve the problem.
