LMS not picking up course where left off

Hello, I’ve published content to scrom and uploaded to LMS (ZENSAI) for testing. When I exit the course prior to completion and then relaunch, the course is not remembering where I left off. In the Quizzing > Reporting settings>LMS advanced settings: The check box Never Send Resume Data is unchecked so it isnt that causing the issue. Any help would be appreciated – thanks. Version 12.4.0.20
