It keep saying “error, please refresh and try again” I was able to add a user just a couple weeks ago, then this issue happened last week. I’ve been trying different ways like clearing cashes, switching accounts, browsers and deceives. None of the methods works. Is anyone encountering the same problem and is there any solution? Thank you!!

Is it possible to add audio and captions to individual pages within the carousel widget? My current workaround involves adding audio to the slide and inserting bookmarks to pause the timeline. The learner must click the blue right arrow to move to the next page and then manually press play to resume the audio. However this approach has a limitation: Learner cannot skip forward or return to a specific page without replaying the entire audio file from the beginning. To […]

12.5 version text to speech, requiring entering the text in captions, and then captions occupying half the screen as you launch the module is not a user friendly approach. Second issue -to be able to play multiple captivate courses consecutively without having to manually launch each course.
It would be nice if I could hit paste on my keyboard on the Mac and not have to hit UNDO because it always pastes things 2x – on multiple computers with different versions of Mac OS.
