I see there are often problems with downloading assets. I am trying to access the characters with no luck. It just says accessing assets and a waiting icon but does not do anything. You cannot exit as it seems to have crashed each time I try. I am using release 11.5.5.553. I have checked and this is the most up to date release. Can anyone help. Very frustrating
Hi there, has anyone experienced this in adobe captivate. When I Press the Assets button the window opens but does not close when I press the cancel button, i have to go into task manager to close it all down. Any ideas? Thanks

Have anyone else lost access to their asset library and downloads. The only tab working is Discover. If so, how did you regain access to your assets. Thanks.
Hi all – I’m new to eLearning authoring so looking for some urgent help. I have recorded a software simulation and want to add a ‘menu’ slide using an asset from the Captivate resources. When I click on add slide from the Asset Library it tells me it is fetching the asset but doesn’t add it to my filmstrip – please can someone help or tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thank you
Asset tab does not open, and there is no error message. only discover tab open, but even if I tried so many times, I am not able to download anything. Am I alone facing this issue or it is a common problem. Someone, please help, I need urgent support on this.
Hi community members, I am working on my first e-learning project and am having issues with my assets. I have created my master slides using my own SVG files. However, when I go to preview or publish my elearning module many of the assets are misplaced or distorted. Am I doing something wrong? – Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
