I am starting to use the new button assets in Captivate 2019. I love them but am wondering if I can change the colors? The system lets me go through the motions but nothing changes.
I just loaded the Captivate 2019 11.5 version. Now all of my previous character downloads from the eLearning Assets library have disappeared, and every attempt to load new ones gives me a blank notice window with a Cancel button, but no image download. This was buggy under the past version in that I could only load three before it crashed. Now it doesn’t work at all.

I’m looking for all the available assets for Adobe Captivate 2019
Hi. I’m an enterprise user of captivate 2017. As of this month, my Assets button stopped working in captivate. I reinstalled the assets tool per instructions on this board, and thought all was well. But when I go to download characters and other assets, they don’t show up in my assets folder and the ones in my directories are unreadable with any program. What is going on here? Grateful for anyone’s advice.
Can anyone provide insight as to how to acquire the video assets (StoryBlock) from the Free Elearning Assets tab? No download button present, but it does state that I need to download before I can rate or review. I also don’t see an option for purchasing these assets on the description page either. Thank you
I am trying to figure out the assets tab in 2019. I downloaded an interaction but can not find it. Is there something special that I have to do?
When trying to access eLearning assets, the page is blank. Is the program trying to access a specific website? If yes, what is the site URL?
