I am having issues with where elearning brothers Character assets download to. Sometimes they download and a thumbnail appears where they should in My Assets – Characters – Assets. Sometimes they download but no thumbnail appears so I cannot select them through assets and have to upload them as you would for a standard image. This is very time consuming.

Help! I was using Captivate fine… just had training on it! Then , suddenly, my assets have gone . We did replace my wprk poc recently, but they look like they are in a file – not sure if location is correct: C:UsersPublicDocumentsAdobe eLearning Assets anyone got an idea whats gone wrong?
I see on your tutorials that there are 75,000 free assets. When I click on my assets button, absolutely nothing happens. Why is this? I’m very disappointed. Thanks.
I just had Adobe Captivate 9 reinstalled on my computer. When I click Assets I am not getting the full pop-up window. It’s only showing me the elearning brothers assets on their site. I do not have tabs for My Assets to see the picture library. Is there a reason that I am not seeing the full pop-up window? Below is a screenshot of what I am seeing.
Once I load Assets there isn’t a x at the top or a cancel option? I am having to go into Task Manager and close the entire app losing everything I have done? Help?
I was trying to download some free characters from ELB and when I download them they are not being added to “My Assets” library. Do I need to do anything after I download the asset? Thank you in advance for your help!
I have downloaded some characters from the ‘Get Free eLearning Assets’ area of Captivate. Is there a way for me to include these downloaded characters under the ‘My Asset’s -> Character section? For example, under My Assets -> Characters I choose a category type then click a person. From there I see all the different poses and if I want a Close Up, Half or Full pose.
