In my version of Captivate 2019 I am only able to download one character image at a time. Is there any way I can select the character group and have all character poses from that group downloaded? We have struggled with accessing these assets from day 1
Hello all! I’m pretty new to Captivate but I’m bumbling through. I tried to download a new character and when I go to assets, choose one, and click download, a blank grey box pops up with only the option to “cancel” and nothing else happens.
Does anyone knows the reason, I am not able to add the asset slide into my project. I have already check the updates and its up to date.
I have a question about the Assets in Captivate. When I open the Assets tab, it does not load the items as I see is done in tutorials. I do see items in the Discover section, but nothing loads in the Assets section. The same thing happens when I select the Media drop down menu and select Asset Library. Thank you for any assistance!
A team member of mine does not have the three named buttons showing up on the Captivate interface. Can’t find where to enable these. Also, your pre-defined tags below are not intuitive to reporting this type of issue.
How did this happen? He does not have any of these three buttons, but has the Library button on the toolbar. I did not see anything on the internet about this.
Has anyone been able to get Adobe Captivate Assets to work in a corporate network work environment or while using a VPN? Other than using a public internet connection, has anyone found a work around to get Captivate Assets to work?
I just completed my specialist certificate last week and while there I realized that my latest version is missing all the great features that are promoted about it, like the quick start projects, cut out characters buttons and so fourth.
