I have successfully uploaded 2 of my 3 responsive projects to Learning Manager. the 3rd wont load. it is 13 slides long with audio and some drag and drop. it says customizing content, then the screen just goes grey and does nothing else. In Learning Manager, i get a notification saying uploaded successfully, if i click this, it doesn’t load and it doesn’t show in the content library. any help appreciated please. thanks Bev

This question is about using the skin editor in Adobe Captivate 2019 and displaying the playback control bar. In the published project, press the fast-forward button during playback. Then, the screen progresses faster, but the sound disappears simultaneously. Whether this phenomenon is a matter of course or whether I have not made any necessary settings, I continue to be unable to solve it. Please let me know if anyone has faced a similar issue or has any tips. Thank you.
