My responsive project is not exactly populating the way that I would hope when viewed on a mobile device. The written content within the fluid box is condensing rather than filling the area. This leaves a small box with some of the text and an icon to expand and read in a new frame. How do I get the text to fill the screen more fully in this type of project?

It’s time to reevaluate Training Needs Analysis (TNA)! Instead of targeting just learning outcomes, leverage the TNA phase to help you determine the actual business impact. This article explains how you can leverage the TNA phase to identify measures to determine the business impact of training.
This eLearning was created for a local remodeler. Problem: Potential clients have no idea how to choose a contractor and seem to base their choice on costs only. The client has customers who have had poor work or work left unfinished by non-licensed contractors that they need to have fixed. Upon further research and discussion, the solution to build an eLearning product to educate potential customers on how to choose a contractor. The product was not intended to steer the customer toward the client, but to educate them on the process so they could have the confidence to choose for themselves the best contractor for their project.
