What are eLearning Devs and IDs reading?

Thought I would pose the question here. What are some good resources that you recommend? They don’t have to specifically be direct to eLearning or Instructional Design, but they obviously can. But if there is something that relates and you feel […]

Adding an effect makes objects disappear when viewing in HTML5 Captivate 2019

Is it possible to copy/paste audio to transfer it from one slide to another?

I divided an hour long of audio I imported into slides, in one shot since it’s not possible to divide it once it’s on a slide, only to realize that it distributed incorrectly. Is there a way to move audio from one slide to another, without having to spend aonther full day dividing the sound wave? Thank you!

The 360 slide cannot be displayed when I opened the published html file

Hi, I love the new 360 slide and VR project features, which can provide an immersive training for my learners, so I start a trial on using the Captivate 2019 and create a blankslide and vr project to have a try on the new feature. Invalid Characters in a Text Entry Box?

My team recently created a simulation that included text entry boxes for file paths.  The first worked fine.  The second TEB would not work.  After some troubleshooting, we narrowed it down to “u”.  The full path was “c:users”.  I first thought it might be conflicting with an HTML tag, but “b” and “i” work fine.  With or without the : (as in “c:u” or just “u”), we couldn’t get anything that started with u to work. Our solution was to […]
