I have installed on a notebook for Captivate 2019 – perpectual, which have a serial key attached. But i can’t find deactivate licence anywhere. Plus recently i was given a new notebook. i want to transfer it into the new notebook. Can i deactivate the licence held by the old notebook?

Hi, I downloaded Captivate 2019 as trial. I have already extract the files and click setup.exe. The window ask for my id data and I filled out, but then the installer does nothing, it doesn´t begin to install. Attached the image. I use window 7 ultimate, enough space in disk, 8GB ram. Thanks,
