I have read some articles recommending books and unfortunately some that seem really interesting I haven’t been able to find, but I will continue to look. Thought I would pose the question here. What are some good resources that you recommend? They don’t have to specifically be direct to eLearning or Instructional Design, but they obviously can. But if there is something that relates and you feel […]

I posted some comments about the limitations of that solution. In this article the described solution is […]
Hello all, I’m an avid Storyline user and boy oh boy was I rudely awoken when using Adobe Captivate. Where’s my layers? Where’s my detailed triggers?? Ugh. Headache. Let me start from the beginning. I first used Captivate 7 with my previous company. They were extremely wet behind the ears when it came to eLearning development (as was I to be honest) so we used what we most widely saw in eLearning searches for an authoring tool. Along with the […]
by Kevin Siegel, COTP, CTT+ I received an interesting distress email from a fellow eLearning developer about an issue that caused Adobe Captivate 2017 to crash frequently and otherwise behave erratically. It’s a bug I had not experienced before, and I’d like to share both the issue and the fix. During the recording process, the developer clicked the Settings button on the recording Control Panel. Clicking the Settings button is a common thing to do and opens Captivate’s Preferences dialog […]

I am running Adobe Captivate 9 and have dual monitors. The project I am currently working on has many objects and is now becoming awkward while editing. Is there a way to unpin the Timeline from the bottom of the Captivate window so that it could be moved to my 2nd monitor? I tried to maximize Captivate so that it spans both monitors but the working slide on my canvas area then gets stuck in the seem between my 2 screens. I […]

Neste tutorial, mostro como criar uma simulação de software como demonstração e treinamento, onde treinamento o aluno sempre terá de interagir para poder avançar para o próximo slide e gerar pontuações.
