Hi. I become “Guide” in the adobe community. I have 150 points in my account. There is a complimentary 3 months subscription for 150 points. So, please let me know how to redeem the plan using my 150 points.
Anyone know how to resolve this error message. When ever I try to download an asset from the library this appears. The preexisting assets are fine but when I try to go to the discover tab and download one it crashes Captivate. And my agency doesn’t allow for admin rights to run Captivate 2019.
