I have previously published to computer on this machine and it worked. Using latest version of Captivate 12.4.0.20 and have not published since the update. Now when I attempt to publish to computer nothing happens – no matter where I choose the location, here I have the default location of Documents>AdobeCaptivate. A red line appears in the progress as can be seen in the image attached. I would appreciate any help

Loading error. One version playing another does not.
I’m using the all new Captivate and until yesterday I was able to select all the poses for each character in the asset library. From today though, I can see all the characters but when I select one there are 0 poses to choose from and so I can neither change pose or character. My colleague tried reinstalling her Captivate but also shared the same issue. Can anyone help?
