I created a set of SCORM packages for online training purposes, using Captivate 2017. Each file is a series of slides, and each slide has a .wav file that I imported and dropped on the page. The .wav files were created using Audition 2109. Last year, using the same programs (slightly older versions), and processes, I published these packages as swf files, and the audio played without any issues. Free eLearning illustrated characters not found in Media/Characters in Captivate 2019 with latest update done in March this year. Where are the downloads going, and I do access to import to a Captivate Project?
I need to make sure my Captivate SCORM packages (.zip files) are HTML5 and not Flash. Is there a way to tell just by extracting the files from the Zip file and looking at those? I am not sure exactly when we switched to all HTML publishing and really hope I don’t need to republish all of our courses just to make sure Flash is eliminated. I’ve run into a problem with html5 playback when placing multiple interactions on a single slide. Here the situation: We are doing software simulations. In our Practice Exercise section, we have an interaction set to 2 tries with failure feedback. After the second incorrect response, the interaction is set to Continue. That leads to coaching feedback and a second interaction set to unlimited tries. The correct response Continues.
