How to create image carousels?

In Captivate 9 and later versions, you can use the Carousel learning interaction to create image carousels. Click Interactions > Learning Interaction to access the Carousel widget. In the dialog box that opens, select the required aspect ratio. Click Slide Show, and select the transitions and background you require. Click Add Images and add the images you want. Click OK. The image carousel is added to your project.

How do I find out the dimensions of a shape or object?

Mouse over the shape, you can see its dimensions on the bottom left corner. To edit its dimensions, go to the Options tab in the Property Inspector. You can see the X and Y coordinates and the height and width in pixels. Edit the values to change the size and position of the object.

What is a responsive project?

A responsive project allows you to design and create content in multiple layouts for devices. You can also preview using Adobe® Edge Inspect across devices. Create content with five breakpoints: Desktop with a viewport of 1024×627, Tablet Landscape with a viewport of 896×627 Tablet Portrait with a viewport of 768×627 Mobile Landscape with a viewport of 667×410, and Mobile Portrait with a viewport of 360×460 Preview the output using play slide in respective device layouts. Publish the content as HTML5.

How to set up internal server reporting?

Set the reporting preferences through the Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Adobe Captivate > Preferences (Mac), and select Reporting from the Quiz menu in the Preferences dialog box. Check Enable reporting for this project. Select Internal Server and then click Configure. In the Alternate Reporting dialog box, provide the internal server settings.
