I have a Captivate project that I worked on three days ago and closed it when I shut down my laptop. I am unable to open the project now and am getting an error message that starts out with getting me to ensure it is not open. I have shut down Captivate and my laptop with no luck.

I have created custom Play and Pause buttons which I’ve included on the Master Slide so that they exist on every slide in the project. When I preview the project, the Play and Pause buttons only work when I click them one time. If I press Pause or Play a second time (on the same slide), they don’t work. What did I do wrong?

Hello, I have a Captivate project that one of the slides has a link to a pdf which is located in my connect account in the content section. When I view the pdf directly from the connect account it appears fine. When I open the pdf using the link in the captivate project the pdf has missing letters? Anyone know what is happening and how to resolve this issue?
Captivate 2019 (11.8.0.586). Original project size was 1280 x 720 and the quiz slides work fine, specifically the SUBMIT button. Had to update the project but now the project is 1024 x 768 (any smaller size than original). Now with the random quiz slides, the SUBMIT button jumps with another button appearing next to the original. See attached video. The button works only on the larger 1280 x 720 project size.
