Big Sur (macOS 11) update for Adobe Captivate (2019 release) is here!
Greetings all. I am always looking for resources and things to learn from. I have read some articles recommending books and unfortunately some that seem really interesting I haven’t been able to find, but I will continue to look. Thought I would pose the question here. What are some good resources that you recommend? They don’t have to specifically be direct to eLearning or Instructional Design, but they obviously can. But if there is something that relates and you feel […]

However, if anyone can recommend any books that were of great help to you and Captivate, let me know! Currently, I have a few in my Amazon cart but just not sure which would be good. Plan on also heading to a Barnes and Nobles this weekend and see what’s […]

I posted some comments about the limitations of that solution. In this article the described solution is […]

I created a project in 11.5.5.553 and I can’t get the “Preview HTML5 in Browser” to work. I published and uploaded to my LMS and I get the same result, a spinning wheel and nothing loads. I opened another project I recently finished and the Preview and LMS worked perfectly fine. I can go through the whole project using “Preview From This Slide” starting at the beginning. I read through some previous posts with people that had this issue and […]
In preview: After Publishing: For additional context, I’ve tried removing the bullet point formatting, and still run into the same issue. I have three other similar text boxes on the same slide, but this is this only one that has this issue. Any help or troubleshooting would be appreciated!

I was beginning to work with Video Demos and when I tried to create a new project the second time, I got the ‘high density display” error message. I watched Paul Wilson and corrected the DPI Awareness = 1 but it still will not work. When I try to open a new Video Demo project, it shuts down Captivate completely. I can reopen and retry but the same thing keeps happening.
I cannot get me project to publish. It starts to publish and then fails after about 50% upload. Any suggestions?
