The Challenge. In Brandon Hall Group’s 2021 HCM Outlook Study, 45% of companies indicated that they would be making a moderate to heavy investment in compliance training through the end of 2022, signifying its continued importance to the business. Yet most organizations are still taking a parochial, narrow view of compliance training, using it only to meet regulatory requirements and certify employees in their roles. Only about one-third of companies in Brandon Hall Group’s Reimagining Compliance Training Study say they are also looking at compliance training as an opportunity to further their employees’ development.
What advice would you give to a new practitioner as to where to spend the bulk of their learning time, captivate or articulate based upon usage numbers in the market space?
I am creating modules for my company but do not have an LMS to utilize. Is there a way to track completion of these modules without an LMS?
I created a new blank project, which only has 2 Title slides, 1 Video slide (mp4 imported to library), some Knowledge Check slides, and and exit slide. When I hit F12 to Preview in Browser all it does is go to https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life-alternative.html What’s going on?
I have changed my computer and installed all my adobe apps. the Captivate 2019 doesn’t start
