Adobe Captivate is Crashing while publishing to SCORM

Hi, just recently Adobe Captivate 2019 11.5.1.499 has started to crash when publishing to SCORM. Does anyone know of any known issues? There is not error the app just crashes. AICC seems to work just fine. Trying to get resolution to publish some courses. Any advice or ideas would be helpful.

Retaking a quiz doesn’t close the module in the LMS

Need help sending SCORM data to LMS. Issue potentially with the quiz review option.
