Calling in video from a media repository

Using Captivate 2019 11.5.0.476 on a Windows 11 Machine. I cannot use YouTube or Vimeo (neither meet the requirements for use in a FEDRAMP Moderate environment) to house my videos. Am I just out of luck in terms of being able to call a video into my project? We have an Azure media repository available, but the options seem limited to calling it from my computer or using one of the two listed above.

Is there a way to store context information from a screen capture in Captivate (2019)

When we make eLearnings about how to use software, is there a way for Captivate to store the information about where the screen captures were taken? For example, if I am learning software that involves orders and payment, could Captivate store the context of payments when I screengrab those slides from the payment part of the software? Problem Statement: The learning path associated with the externally shared catalog does not appear in the vendor account. Brief Description: There are scenarios wherein the customer shares the catalog having the learning path with other accounts/vendor accounts.
