I need help. I am trying without success to use slides instead of “Correct Captions” and “Failure Messages.”
I wonder if anyone has experience with providing localized Closed captions for an Asian audience, e.g. Japanese. The Captivate CC window provides much more space horizontally, while Japanese characters are shown in vertical right-to-left columns. How do you handle this? Any insights are appreciated.
When pasting a group containing buttons with shared actions associated, Captivate crashes every time returning a fatal error message.
