The 2019 release of Adobe Captivate contained a lot of exciting new features and updates. It was a forgone conclusion in my mind that Interactive Videos would be the stand out feature. I was immediately cast back to crafting DVD menus in Adobe Encore and began to think of the promise of all the things that would now be possible in the era of Interactive Videos.
In older versions of Captivate, we experienced some issues when converting courses to more current versions of Captivate. Has anyone experienced issues when converting courses created in versions 8, 8 responsive or 9 to Captivate 2017 or 2019?
I have an object that appears through advanced action when a button is clicked. It is a sample of something that appears on the same slide as the button so when the user clicks the button, they can see the sample, but then I need it to disappear when they are done viewing the sample as it covers text on the screen.

Installing Captivate_2019_x64_LS21.exe with elevated privileges works fine on some computers (e.g. on Lenovo X380 Yoga and HP Z-Station 640). But on a Lenovo Thinkstation P920 the installation just stops after logging into Adobe CC. What is happening? Version of Windows 10 is 18.03
