I have inserted two buttons (Retake quiz and review quiz) in results slide. First, I’m clicking the review button going to showing them which is a correct and wrong answer, then come back result slide retake button hiding. Unable to embed a youtube video in my e-course in Captivate 2017

Hi there, I have watched multiple videos on youtube about how to embed a youtube video in a Captivate 2017 project, but have been unsuccessful so far because the video won’t play. I have a Mac, version 10.13.5. Any suggestions on why I’m running into this problem? Thank you! Nina Harvey

audio not playing in HTML5

Has anyone had an issue with their audio not playing in HTML5 in preview and when published?  But when you click the Rewind button, the audio will play? I published a project in Captivate 8 last week and had this issue and am having the same problem with Captivate 2017 today. When I publish as a .swf, the audio plays just fine.
