Hello Captivate group, is there a better way to capture the full screen on an hp surface pro 4 with out adjusting the screen size of the surface?
Using Cp2017… I entered a web object in my project and it plays when I view it via HTML Browser in Chrome and IE. However, when I load it in the LMS, it will not launch. It is published as HTML5 and Scorm 2004. It tries to establish a secure connection in the LMS. Then, the connection does not happen and says it is rest. See the attached. Is there a setting that would prevent this?

I have created Text Entry question in Adobe captivate 9. This is Acknowledgement and disclosure type question, so there is no correct answer. In that case user can able to directly submit “Empty” text entry question and they are able to jump to next slide. But my requirement is “User should fill the any data firstly then they can submit it. Is there any solution on this? Looking forward for help. Thank you.
I’ve created a Captivate 2017 file. I created advanced actions for a variety of slides. The advanced actions are setup to play audio when a learner clicks a click box, then delay the next actions for the duration of the audio. I.E. Delay the Show (next button) and Hide (inactive button) actions by 70 seconds. I have created drag and drop question. In this user can able to go next slide (means directly submit) without drag and drop. But my requirement is, user should be drag the items firstly then they can submit the question. Is there any way to do this. Looking forward for help. Thank you.
I add background music for only 7 seconds for the first slide of the module, but why after i tried to view the slides and playing to the next slide the background music is still there? I also delete the Background music and replace a new Background music, but the last Background Music is still there when I view it in html 5. Why is that happening?
