I am at the end stage of a 3 module Captivate project. I am using Captivate 9. I successfully published and sent to my university intranet. However, when we try to play the file, the “hour glass” does not change to open the project. I then opened the project in Captivate 2017 and republished. The same effect is there. What am I doing wrong?
I know that you cannot change a responsive project into a fluid box project. But, I was wondering what is the best way to get the content moved to a Fluid box project. Can you click a button to change the responsive project to a regualr project and then automatically change the new regular project to fluid boxes. This would be nice since we have access to responsive projects through ELB, but not Fluid boxes. Thanks, Delphine

Hello i created a content in captivate 2017, i’ve just exported the content to the captivate prime and locally and i just get a black screen and sometimes a white screen with a loading icon but the content never appear, somebody faced the same problem?
