Adobe Presenter EULA issues

New installations of Adobe Presenter on certain systems have been unusable as users have been unable to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) which is launched at the first use of Presenter from inside MS PowerPoint, but flashes and closes automatically before it can be accepted.  The issue has been identified to be an incompatibility of the EULA with IE9.
