My issue is that when I publish a video and load it into our LMS, the closed captions will disappear after the audio has finished for a slide before the next slide starts. I just downloaded Captivate on a Mac. If I try to insert an image block, I get the error message “Something went wrong with content block insertion”. The other content blocks work fine.
