So after six hours of creating a Captivate training session and saving my work along the way, I received a fatal error that closed Captivate. Even though I saved my project as I went along, when I re-opened Captivate, everything was gone. Is there a retrieval process that I can use? I am new to Captivate. Thank you, Steve
Does anyone have a work around for bringing a video into captivate with a transparent background? I have an animated character that I would like to have talking on slides, but the mp4 format does not allow for transparent backgrounds (unless I am unaware of how to do this). I still need the slides to allow for interactivity so I can’t just recreate the slides in Premiere Pro. Can anyone offer a suggestion?
Hi New to Captivate and really struggling with something. I’ve generated a course inc video and multiple choice questions, the results are being shared with an internal server. I’m using variables to pass across name and email address and that works ok, but I really want to know how to get rid of the popup box below. I can only find how to edit the colours and font, does anybody know how to do this? Thanks

I created a captivate project with text to speech and closed caption. The first slide works perfectly and all slides that I duplicated from the first slide works perfectly, but all other slides are not working after publishing. Any ideas?

Does anyone have a recommended link or video to explain how to use the learning interaction widgets? I selected the pyramid, for example and put it into a slide, but then could not get into the content text areas. Any ideas.
