I’m really enjoying a new podcast about learning and design that I thought I would share with the eLearning community.
Most action movies follow a similar structure, better known as the Hero’s journey. It became popular after star wars, and is based upon the works of Joseph Campbell and his book The Hero with a Thousand Faces and refined by Christopher Vogler in his book The Writer’s Journey. This type of story telling is pretty usefull when building elearning modules.
Hi, Does anyone know how to email an Adobe Captivate Project to someone? I need one of my colleagues to review my Adobe Captivate project before it is published, but I can’t seem to email her the project as an attachment because the file is too large. Is there another way to do this? I am using the Adobe Captivate 9 version. I appreciate all the assistance/guidance you can provide. Thanks, Pascal Wright
I am using a custom Play/Pause button but in reverse. I start with the slide paused and the user can select the play button basically to play/pause the slide audio. The problem is at the end of the timeline. I DO NOT want the play/pause button to advance to the next slide if it is selected at the end of the slide – I have a Next button for that. Thanks.

I started work for an international company, and I’ve been given a project to create a course in 19 languages. I can change the keyboard through Windows, but when I try to import into Captivate I got some boxes and some ? marks. This is going to be a frequent request here, and if Captivate can’t support, I need to start looking for something that will. Any help is appreciated!
Imported PowerPoint slide doesn’t fill the background of the Adobe Captivate project.
Hello I have a project I am working on. I have sync’d audio with the slide content and it works when I play the audio while working in captivate, but when I click on preview project, the preview runs the audio but doesn’t show any of the bullets or images that are sync’d with the audio. This is just previewing – not scorm cloud preview (had to add a subcategory, but none seem to fit)
