I had to restart my computer without being able to close Captivate properly. As expected, when I tried to open the file I was working, I got a pop saying it was basically corrupt. Wasn’t too bothered at first as I had turned the backups on however the backup file had the same issue. Every time I preview a slide one slide at a time, the text effects work perfectly. When I preview from that slide or preview the entire project my text objects don’t appear at all. Any solutions?
Can I upgrade Captivate 9 to Captivate 19? My product key no longer appears in my Adobe account settings and I can no longer find the key. Since I didn’t upgrade to 2017 am I required to buy the whole release?
In an interactive video, I have added some overlays and bookmarks. It seems to be working great on the desktop and even iPad. My issue is that it does not seem to be working on the Android platform. The video will not play, but the timeline brings up the overlays.

I only want the user to click on a button using the mouse, not using any keyboard shortcut, hence the keyboard short cut for the button in question is set to ‘None’ on the buttons ‘Properties’ under the section ‘On Success:>’Shortcut’>’None’ radio button, yet when previewed as ‘HTML in Browser’ the ‘Enter’ key on the keyboard causes the button action to occur. MP4 error messages in Captivate 2019
Same course functions differently depending on whether it is Preview>Project or Preview>HTML 5 in browser.
I am new to captivate so forgive any ignorance of mine, I have uploaded an MP4 to a slide which automatically plays and moves onto the next slide when finished. However… On the Iphone the video automatically becomes full screen which prevents the slides from continuing until you’ve closed the window. Is there anything trick to overcome this? Thank you!
