Hello everyone, I am new to Captivate and have included audio on one of my Captivate slides. I would like to delete this narration and start again. I see three tabs, Audio, Edit, and Closed Caption, however the Edit and Closed Caption are grayed out and I cannot click on them. What do I need to do to delete my current narration and begin again. Did anyone have a problem with the installation of CP 2019? Today I installed the new version, and I’m not able to even try it out. CP closing automatically after launch. When it shows the first menu with an option to choose between different projects CP just close it selfs.
