When I click on or hover over a smart shape in my published project the font size/type changes. How can I prevent this?
Help! When I preview my project , the next buttons that I added work and the project doesn’t advance automatically. However, when I publish the project the buttons work but the slides advance automatically not requiring the learner to click next. I appreciate any help. Frustrated, Lori
I was wondering if anyone with some HTML skills might know how I can prevent my eLearning courses with text entry boxes from displaying previous entries. For example, if I have a name field in a software simulation and an end user clicks on the field, it might display content that was previously entered into other forms or content that was entered from previous attempts. Is there a way to prevent this? I’m using Captivate 2019 Update 1.

I’m using a sequence quiz question and I’m curious why the incomplete caption isn’t available in the Drag Drop answer type, it’s grayed out. The caption is available in the Drop Down interaction and not grayed out. I’d like for this to appear if the learner just tries to click submit without answering the question but makes me wonder why it’s not even available. Any insight?
