Converting courses from 2019 back to 2017

I am on a project and we created our eLearning content in Captivate 2019. The client installed 2017 on their machines. How do I move the file from my 2019 version to my 2017 version? We can not reproduce these entire training’s!! Please help!!

2019 Cannot record multiple simulation types with one capture

Hi, In earlier versions of Captivate, when recording a simulation it was possible to use check boxes to specify recording in several modes at once, i.e. Demo/Training/Assessment and get the three captures displayed in three different document tabs. In 2019 the modes check boxes are now a single option drop down list in the capture settings so it seems only a single mode type can be obtained. Is this right? Am I missing something? Captivate generated HTML5 output not loading from SharePoint

Hi, I uploaded a Captivate published HTML5 course on SharePoint. It gets stuck when trying to load .JSON files and further loading of assets also gets stopped. This causes the course not to launch from SharePoint. Please share if someone has faced such problem and what can be the possible solution. Thank you. I am getting below error messages.
