I inherited a course that I had to change the resolution to 1024 by 768 from 1440 by 1080. The conversion went smoothly except the quiz checkboxes are now partially cut off. I have tried removing the numbers but that didn’t work. Any ideas or workarounds would be appreciated. I hope that I don’t have to recreate the quiz!
We have a client asking if there is a way to rebrand modules with different logos after the modules have been published for LMS. We are creating a course for XYZ client that has their own logo. XYZ is reselling the modules to other clients who would like to put their own logo on the course. I saw a post on the forums recently where a person didn’t understand why the images they imported into their eLearning project were not showing up, were slow to load, or were showing up as red boxes. My experience is that the images being selected were too large for the elearning course. This video is my workflow for optimising and importing stock photography into my eLearning project, so they take up as little space as possible and still look good.
Display a custom cursor when mouse over event triggered
Dear Users, When I try to install Captivate 2017 – 64 bit in my machine, the setup file runs up to 3% and then stops. It doesnt throw any error messages or alerts but it keeps buffering at 3% with the installation time increasing a minute. I am using Windows 10 Enterprise Edition. In addition, I am not connected to any client network and my firewall is turned off. Any suggestions or ideas would be highly appreciated. Regards Ragu
Is it possible to Save As the file to Captivate 2017 version from the Captivate 2019 version. We have developed a file in Captivate 2019 version and now we want it to be open in Captivate 2017 version.
